Materials is where most companies can save money or cut corners. Instead of Kingspan or Thermafleece they will use the basic brand of insulation that just meets regs in no more. We only use the best products even if it means less profit on a project

 We do not supply uPVC unless our clients request this. Windows & doors are the main feature of your extension and the area where most builders save money by installing basic windows & doors. We supply powder coated aluminium performance glass products as standard.

The average cost for a full electric package to an extension is in the region of £2,400. This covers internal & external electrics on a standard design.

Plumbing is on average £2,000 and more if moving boiler or supplying underfloor heating etc

Please take into account the many optional extras such as log burners, heating options, roof options such as zinc and roof windows. We recommend using quality internal products. Allow on average £3500 for a standard kitchen fit and more if supplying services to an island.
